I had almost no time to film a video today so I made this rose. It’s a fun shape to practice your brush pen pressures with and flowers are so forgiving to any “mistakes”. I highly recommend trying this out if you have any brush pens or markers laying around. You can also do this with a round paintbrush. Start your stroke/petal with light pressure, increasing to heavy, and then back to light pressure.
Tip: it’s usually easier to do this pressure technique at an angle and direction that feels natural to you. So just turn your paper to get the best results.
