Day 8 of lettering advent. It’s a Blackwing Matte pencil. And no, I didn’t write “lump of coal” because I’m disappointed, I wrote it because it’s a pencil and it just made sense. (Even though graphite and coal are different I suppose…) I’ve always wanted to try these famous pencils but could never really justify the price. What a perfect gift, a fancy pencil. Love it.
And I’ve only done pencil calligraphy once or twice before so this was not the most amazing, but I tried!
